LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

The Leadership Development Committee assists Legacy members in fulfilling the organizations mission of "encouraging young leaders" by providing insightful and useful lifelong unity between members, community leaders, and the Northern Kentucky community. The LDC accomplishes this lofty goal through a progressive mentoring program, leadership retreats, and further activities that foster direction for the Legacy membership.

The primary focus and heartbeat of the committee is the mentoring program. The committee helps the Legacy by matching members with influential Greater Cincinnati community and corporate leaders. This ongoing program has completed its fourth sequence of mentoring.
