MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE

The Membership Committee’s main focus is to recruit and acclimate new members of Legacy; oversee an official orientation process; develop and implement policy to govern membership in Legacy such as membership requirements, emeritus status, nonmember involvement opportunities, etc.; and assist members with organizational involvement.

In 2004 there will be three recruitment drives: February, May, and September. Each recruitment period will last approximately three weeks and will conclude with a new member orientation and social event.
Membership Committee Meetings will be held the second Wednesday of the month with sub-committee meetings taking place as needed. Most meetings will take place during business hours.
